Why TaXian exists
Many jobs skew toward 「他」 in default associations. Below is an illustrative view of that default bias.
Regular default · associates with 「他」TaXian · lets 「她」 come first
TaXian doesn't change facts; it just puts 「她」 back in the first place that gets seen.
These figures are illustrative — they convey the direction of default bias in language, not precise statistics.

Keep the masculine
「他, 他们」 always stay in the later candidates; you can always choose.

Respect context
With explicit male cues (dad, husband) it keeps 「他」; with female cues (mom, lady) it uses 「她」.
